In our closest relationships, we can lose track of where we end and another person begins. The Sweet Spot is a guided partner practice that uses the principles of Merging and Separation to help you find the felt-sense distance that allows both relational connection and self-awareness at the same time. Through simple movement and nonverbal cues, partners explore and communicate their ideal proximity, then reflect on what that distance reveals about their boundaries, needs, and relational patterns. Practice in finding this space, cultivates a better understanding of what attunement feels like to ourselves and to each other.
