"What's Alive Between Us" is a guided presence ritual that does something most experiences never attempt — it asks two people to pay attention to the space between them. Across three rounds, a voice gently shifts your focus: first to each other, then to the invisible space between your chests, then to whatever in that space wants to move. Each round ends with a single word or sentence shared aloud — no discussion or analysis. Just naming what's there. The result is a kind of seeing that most couples never access. The space between you isn't empty. It holds tension, warmth, longing, ease — and when you look at it together, something may shift.
Arrival & framing Settling in Round 1 — Just see Round 2 — The between Round 3 — What wants to move Closing
When words feel like too much and you want to connect without having to talk through anything. When you're curious about what your relationship feels like beneath the surface. When you want something short, quiet, and unexpectedly powerful.
Still, present, and quietly closer. A sense of having seen something together that's usually invisible.
Sit facing each other, close enough to feel present but with some space between you. Shared earbuds or speaker.
