HeartSpace provides guided relational experiences designed to help people slow down, listen, and connect with each other.

HeartSpace is not therapy, medical care, or professional counselling. The experiences offered are for personal reflection and relationship support only.

2. Accounts

Some features of HeartSpace may require creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. AI-Generated Experiences

Some parts of HeartSpace use artificial intelligence to generate guided experiences, prompts, or audio sessions.

While we aim to create supportive and thoughtful experiences, AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for every situation. These experiences should be understood as guided reflections, not professional advice.

4. Emotional Wellbeing Disclaimer

HeartSpace may touch on topics related to emotions, relationships, or personal wellbeing.

The service is not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide professional mental health care. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, mental health concerns, or crisis situations, please seek support from a qualified professional.

5. Personal Responsibility

HeartSpace provides guided experiences, but you remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and relationships.

The service does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or relationship counselling.

6. Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use HeartSpace.

By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

7. Privacy

Your use of HeartSpace is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HeartSpace in ways that:

10. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of HeartSpace require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and payment is charged to your store account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the store you purchased through.

11. Limitation of Liability

HeartSpace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeartSpace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page.

Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
